What you choose to share

Community signup collects your first name, email address, consent time, verification status, and security tokens stored as hashes. Story submissions collect your name, email, general category, summary, and permission to contact you. Submissions are never published automatically, and they do not grant recording or publication permission.

How information is used

Community details are used for the updates you consent to receive. Guest submissions are used to review your message and contact you. We do not sell your personal information. An authorized administrator can access and export records for these purposes.

Storage and service providers

The site uses Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure through Sites for website and database hosting. Resend delivers verification and community emails when configured. These providers process the information necessary to operate their services. Verification links expire after 24 hours.

Your choices

Confirm your subscription through the verification email before receiving community updates. Each community email must include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future updates and keeps a minimal suppression record to respect your choice. You can request access, correction, or deletion using the contact form.

Security and retention

Administrative access is restricted. Rate limiting temporarily stores hashed request identifiers for spam prevention. Pending subscriptions expire after 24 hours; expired details are removed during subsequent signup requests. Guest submissions are retained for review and follow-up until deleted by an administrator. Verified subscription records are retained while subscribed or until a deletion request is fulfilled.

Video and external links

Videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Loading or interacting with a player may share device and network information with YouTube. External social platforms follow their own privacy policies. We do not use advertising trackers or optional analytics on this site.

Sensitive information

Please avoid private details about other people, medical information, or other sensitive material in submissions. This site is intended for adults. If a child’s information is submitted, contact us to request removal.
